Terminal and Appearances

What has changed in Terminal? And are there any other Appearence themes than Blue and Graphite?

Thanks.

Terminal has been improved, but not drastically, you'd have to ask a more command-line savvy person than me for under the hood specs.

Not sure if it was there before, but Declare Terminal type as: default is xterm-color

There are some pre-set Terminal color sets.

IIRC page up/down do work in pico.

Also as you can see from the pic attached, you can set an image as the Terminal background.

Just found another cool feature in terminal:

if you do a curl command, fr every percent of the download, the cursor zips along the download info line really fast, like a loading indicator... small feature, but very cool :)

Also, just found the Connect to Server menu item as well, will open a dialogue box with different connection options to choose (ssh, ftp, sftp and telnet), the different connection protocols for each, and a username and server input box to connect to. Nice.

Even better, if the terminal is open, right-clicking the terminal dock icon will give you the Connect to Server option in the dock menu :)

Nice. Do they give you access to your Terminal Library via the Dock icon's context menu as well, as in some sort of sub-menu?
