terminal issue

I recently installed macports for wine (snow leopard) and now my terminal path is messed up, i cant use commands such as ls. every time i open terminal i get this:

i entered this command before installing mac ports

 echo export PATH=/opt/local/bin:/opt/local/sbin:\$PATH$'\n'export MANPATH=/opt/local/man:\$MANPATH | sudo tee -a /etc/profile

but i still cant figure out a solution
