My problem involves an ajax text box. I'm trying to format a document I can type just fine in the box it's when I go to make headers(*) that the problem accrues.

I can not change the font size, or color. I've talked to my I.T. guy and he believes it to be a setting on my Mac. Neither one of us know anything about settings on Macs. Can you help?
