Hi,
I don't know why, but the time the forum shows is wrong. I live in Brisbane, which is GMT+10H, and I've set my time zone in the prefs to be that. The forum also says I am GMT+10, but the time it calculates is an hour ahead of the clock.
Have a look at my screen shot snippet if you don't believe me!
