There's something wrong

My iPod is having trouble.
This isn't dangerous, but incredibly annoying.

While sorting the list by artist, it has a way of displaying the same artist several times.

It kinda spoils the dream...
Anybody got suggestions?
I've already deleted the music and sent it back...and the same problem occured.

maybe try resetting the iPod (through the settings menu)... or the control folder might have become tainted... see if you can find any clean system software for it (through a friend or something). Thats all i can think of at the moment, i'll reply more if I think of anything else

It could be that your iTunes playlist is a bit messed .. try deleting it and rebuilding it (let iTunes search your HD for the mp3's again).

Fixed, iPod didn't support norwegian letters, that's what caused the baaad thing to happen. My iPod is all well now
