Howdy
So i'm probably buying a TiBook. I'm now thinking of the 500Mhz G4. My question is where can i find the cheapest memory? And if it comes with 256 are there empty slots so i can add another 256 on my own? I dont know much about the insides of laptops. And can i use PC133 memory instead of PC100?

I buy thousands of dollars of RAM from >datamem< every year. Great prices (not always the absolute cheapest, but close enough) and fantastic service, which hopefully you won't need. Another one is >OtherworldComputing< (same thing, I buy like crazy from these guys as well).
 
But don't buy PC100 or PC133 ram. That's for desktops. You want SO-DIMM ram.

Fortunately most online RAM retailers have some capability of matching your computer to the proper ram type.
