TiBook Insomnia- Can't sleep on it's own

My PowerBook has developed a case of insomnia... I can MAKE it sleep by pressing the power button and choosing sleep. However, the system will not fall asleep after the idle time in the System Preferences. Sure, the screen will go down by itself, but the hard drive just keeps spinnin', and the system just stays awake... I know nobody is using me as a file-share server... so what gives?

And yes, I've already Zapped the pram... :(

Any suggestions?
