TiBook or IceBook?

I need advice whether to get a top model iBook or a top model TiBook. The price isn't the issue, the problem is I love the look and size of the iBook (not that I don't like the look of the TiBook either) haha.

I do a lot of Photoshop stuff, so I know that the TiBook is probably the best way to go... I should wait for a new model, right?

I will go and have a look at them today after school when I go to the AppleCentre to organise some work experience. (Hehe yay, I get to work in an apple store for a week *grins*)

i Havve the same preoblem.... iBook 700 or Ti 667(first rev 16 mb vram)? they both have the same vcard...
my problem is the CPU...would it make much difference?? since i love the look of the 12 inches iBook...that machine rocks...

Well please help

If money is no real issue, and you're doing PhotoShop work, the TiBook is the best choice. You'll appreciate the extra performance and bigger screen even if it means a bigger form-factor.

On the other hand, for BBenve, if you want a slick and very portable mchine which does everything and does it pretty well, the iBook is great.

Scrap that, he didn't bring it home from work haah..

Anyway, I can use a normal VGA monitor with my TiBook (if I choose that) as an extended desktop (i.e. MSN windows, and photoshop palettes when I'm working), right? I don't want to have to spend $2000 for a 17" LCD now that Apple have cut the 15er :p

AAALSO, on that note (I know, naughty, 3 posts in a row *slaps himself on the wrist), does anyone know of a way to use USB or FireWire to somehow connect my LCD iMac to the PowerBook to use as a second monitor? I just would like to use two LCDs without having to pay for a new one.
