hey just took delivery of a new PBG4 867MHZ for my sister,another person ive converted, but any way when i connect it to the mains it charges up but when its at max the power cuts out.The battery starts to drain but wont take any energy from the power supply. On my PBG4 550 the power remains on. this is kinda annoyin cause when ive gone to use her machine away from the power supply ive found it at like 60% ...... why is it doin this??

Good question. Try zapping the Pram and see if that corrects things. If not, I'd call Apple.

Call Apple, it's in warranty. You could have a bad battery.

excellent,thanks will try that, its cmnd,ctrl,p,r aint it? Havent done that in a while...... wasnt sure if this was sumthin new to force you to calibrate the battery the first few times you use it or whatever but didnt think so cause id thought itd be in the manual,which it wasnt......
