Tony Hawk 4 crashs every time i start!

hey guys i just got tony hawk's pro skater 4, and the latest patch for the game, but every time i start the game, it gives the set up box, then the tony 4 splash screen after that it ALWAYS crashs back to my desktop.
Also no matter what settings i choose from the set up, it makes no difference. ( i have a feeling that it's not compatable with the G5 for some reason..) but has anyone had this happen to them with tony 4? and if so any ideas??
 
Sound like G5 Macs doesn't supports games very well. For now as of August 2004, only G3 and G4 Macs supports games.

I guess G5 is design for business that has design. I meant like magazines, pictures, things like that.
