how can you make each item in a view, (such as in System Preferences, OmniWeb Preferences), draggable into the toolbar? I looked through all the documentation and can't find anything that does it.

I read it over, and it's a bit confusing. I haven't tried it yet, but I think I will sometime soon. Also, look through the Fire source code (sourceforge.net/projects/fire).
They have another way of doing it in there.
