Itunes Library is stored in your User Folder/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music
iPhoto Library is stored in User Folder/Pictures/iPhoto Library
copy the contents of those folders to the same locations on the other computer and you're set. You'll have to manually add the music you transfer however to iTunes as it won't recognize it's there automatically (unless you quit iTunes and allow it to re-read your iTunes Library).
