Transferring Macbook Pro to my daughter

I have a fairly new Macbook pro (w. Leopard, latest system, works great) that I want to give to my daughter (lucky girl). It currently has only a single user (myself) with iphoto and itunes libraries. What is the easiest way to transfer the computer to her - she will be the only user. The libraries can be replaced with those from her old Macbook but I'd like to back them up in a way where I can get re-import them without copyright problems (itunes). Is it best just to let her be 'me' (admin user) and replace the libraries or should I make her a new user with admin rights and have multiple libraries on the machine? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Happy Holidays,nedro

Renaming the account would probably be best, but officially you shouldn't be sharing your music with other people. You CAN have your music on up to three different computers, but not be using those songs simultaneously.
