Trouble with enlightenment install files

I'm not sure what is going on, but for the past few days I have been trying to install enlightenment via "sudo fink install enlightenment" and I get the same connection errors every time:

curl: (7) Connection refused
### curl failed, exit code 7
Downloading the file "fnlib-0.5.tar.gz" failed.

This happened with the enlightenment tar ball, but I was able to find the file on the web, put it in /sw/src and that seemed to work, but no such luck with the other three packages it needs:

fnlib (though I did find a ".tgz" file)
freetype
libghttp

Is there some problem with enlightenment.org servers, do I need permission or something (doubt this) or does anyone know where I can get the packages. I updated fink too and that did not seem to change anything.

P.S. I just updated to XDarwin 1.05 and it solved some dissapearing cursor problems I had in 1.04 - very nice!

I didn't have any problems using the pretty front-end. Do you get the same results when you use this tool...

sudo dselect

...?

Didn't get a chance to try dselect - I kept getting the curl errors for the fnlib and enlightenment tar balls, and I finally found them out there. After that using fink I had no trouble with freetype and the other tar ball (forgot what it was) and I can now run enlightenment.
