trying to extract form data w/automator

I have hundreds of forms submitted via email in which I need to pull certain form data from and place it into a excel spreadsheet. I have tried just about everything I can think of with Automator to accomplish this and admittedly I'm not even close to being a programmer, so apple script is a tad beyond me. :(

I have these as .eml files, I have them as .txt files and I have them as .pdf files and I'll figure out how to convert them to whatever I need if someone can help me understand (like you're teaching a 3rd grader) how short of manually going into each email I can automate this thing. I feel like I'm overlooking something obvious but I can't figure out what. I've downloaded a whole bunch of things that only want to extract the email address - I want EACH line of the form into an excel spreadsheet so I can eventually get to putting a database together with it.

This is what the text of the email looks like (I've pulled identifying info out of it only....form wise it's what comes in.

Ideally I want to be able to que up hundreds of emails and have some script rip thru the emails for the obvious form pieces, pull that info and deposit it into csv format (which can easily be pulled into a spreadsheet) or even better right into a spreadsheet (not that I'm asking for the world or anything ;) )
