Hi
I'm i the UK and I am finding it very difficult to progress without upgrading to OSX Tiger. However I cannot find anywhere that still sells this software or any downloads. I am currently typing this on my intel macbook running leopard so using this operating system is not an option.

Anyone got any ideas??

Have you run a search on OSX Tiger? I do know--since requests for disks for Tiger and Leopard come up all of the time--that you can get it relatively cheap, but you HAVE to be careful that you are purchasing a legitimate Upgrade--if you have your original OS disks--or Retail of Tiger. The reason for this is if you get disks not recognized by your computer, good luck getting your money back!

You want something like This. Granted, it is expensive, relatively writing, and my search on Amazon.uk did not bring it cheaper . . . you lot using that funny money with women on it and guys with long hair!

So, if you want to save $$$ . . . er . . . ₤ . . . you have to look on things like Ebay or contact individual vendors for deals. I am a bit surprised, because I did not upgrade to OS X because I originally had a Widdle Pismo on OS 9. When 10.4 was happily chugging I found--from a Mac Store--a retail and licensed 10.3 for about $30.

Here it is for cheap . . . but look at the seller rating!

So you are going to have to exercise your "Google Fu" a bit!
