turning off pc with rdc

I am remotely controlling my pc with rdc (M$ Remote Desktop Connection). Everything works just fine, but I simply can't restart or turn_off the pc. Any possibility to remotely turn_off or restart the pc?
Maybe someone even knows a tool for M$ that allows me to turn off or restart by clicking on it?!

Btw, 10.3.1 here and WinXP SP1a on pc

I'm not sure how RDC works with XP, but if you can't shut it down - do you have admin access to the PC?

Yeah there are shortcuts you can make and leave on your desktop that can tell windows to shutdown, restart and logout, since i sold all my PCs i dont have them anymore...but i can look around for you

Sogni, I am admin and also logged as such. I have full access on everything, but I can just "log off" and not turn off or restart. This is the same with those winxp remote clients as well. In opposite to the mac client, the windows-clients have a "send restart" or send "turn-off" option.
The way I do now: set the turn-off timer in the energy-settings to 1 min :D not very elegant, huh?

Kanecorp, that would be very helpful if you could get your hands on those. tnx!
