Unable to download from internet & problems with a video chat prog

Hi all

I wonder if you can help me?

I have problems downloading (well i cannot download anything)! I have tried to download msn messenger and ivisit.com but nothing happen.

I use Airport and osX panther.

Do i have a firewall problem do you think? i have looked at what i think are the firewall settings but they do not looked checked.

Any clues.
