Unclickable area on screen

I have a pBook g4 12inch and just recentyl there is a area (highlighted) that i doesnt respond when i click on it.

This also happened down by the stuffle, repeat buttons in the pic but i restarted my mac and it was fixed.

Anyone have any ideas whats wrong?

Sounds like someone was playing a prank and decided to take a screenshot of your desktop with iTunes open and made it a desktop background.

Either way, have you tried restarting to see if the anomaly goes away?
