Undo Mac Repair Disk

I had a problem that my MAC wouldn't read my sandisk card using a sandisk reader , the card was fine on the camera but somehow after plugging it in the MAC , it was corrupted , I inserted it back in the camera and i got the message that the "CF card is not formatted" ,I tried many recovery programs but none worked, I used the MAC disk utilities to Repair the Disk , after that i Could see the files but it was corrupted , I couldn't use any program to read them...
Is there any way to Undo the "Repair Disc" that I've done ? to try other option..
 
There isn't an undo for the repair disc option.

You can try with some other tools to try to repair it. If even those fail, then the next step is deciding how much the contents on that drive are worth to you: worth enough for a professional data recovery, or replaceable?
