Updated to 10.2.4 and now issues with modem

Just as the title implies.

I updated to 10.2.4 and installed the latest security update and now my modem doesn't want to receive anything anymore. It connects, sputters along, then disconnects. Never staying connected for more than a minute. Anyone experience this problem?

A little insight and help would be appreciated.

O yeah it's a 1GHz TiBook.


[edit] Is my modem supposed to be listed in the system profiler? Because it isn't.
