I have a macbook pro 13" that I bought in September 2009.
This morning, my mac checked for updates and told me I'd have to restart to continue the updates. (like usual, of course). I clicked restart and all seemed to be going well; after shutting down, it started back up with the usual "items installing" screen.
At first everything was installing pretty quickly... then it got to the very end and..froze. (well, not completely, I can move my mouse and the blue bar is still lighting up. Sorry I don't know how to explain it!) but the bar isn't moving any more and the screen hasn't changed in over four hours...
Needless to say, I'm pretty worried... What should I do? two hours ago I googled and all I could find was that it might be because of my internet connection. I plugged the cable in so it wasn't just relying on wifi, and it moved a liiitttlllee bit, but not much more. so frustrating!
any help or advice would be great...
I attached a picture I took. haha.
(I googled and even searched this forum but none of the previous threads seem to answer my question or really help with my problem. I'm sorry if I missed something, just let me know and I'll delete this!)
