updating OSX 10.3.9

I'm having problems downloading Safari Version 4 (or any other version for that matter). I need specifics on what software I need to install this in my Mac (10.3.9) to enable me to do this. I'm assuming that is the problem 'cause I keep getting a CGI error page (specified CGI appln. misbehaved by not returning a completer set of HTTP readers) when I try to open my php file.

Safari 4 requires 10.4.11 or later. You should be able to install an older version of Safari (or have it installed already). You can also use Firefox instead of Safari. The error page you're getting sounds like a server problem rather than a browser problem, though.
