upgrading to Quicktime pro

I upgraded to QT 6 Pro (as confirmed in the registration panel) but don't seem to have some of the added features listed. There does not seem to be any way to add items to my favorites list unless I am already viewing it. When I try to access most sites, such as npr I get a message that 'Our channel selection has changed: please upgrade to the latest software' (which I have). Does this mean that the new version has less capability than the old?

The newest version is 6.4. Is that what you have?

click on export and enjoy the power of qt pro!

Yes, I have 6.4 installed.

The export option is grayed out, so I can't click on it
