Hi!
I have a small problem..
We have local network in our office, but the only thing i see in Finder/Network are the users online.. I can't see the server itself..

What should i do to connect dirrectly to the server and to see shared folders on this server?

I tried "connect to server" (command+K), but it doesn't work.. i retyped server adress with "smb://" in front, but then i had had an error saying that name or passworg is incorrect.. i could'nt find any way to type in the password because the only option is to write in the server adress without any access configurations..

Please help ;)
Thanks,
Martins.

just dealt with this issue today. for a microsoft volume you are missing the following file...
MicrosoftUAM.uamx

Mac OS X supports third-party User Authentication Mechanism (UAM) plug-ins to control access to servers. To use a UAM, place the plug-in in the Authentication folder inside the AppleShare folder. The AppleShare folder is located in the Filesystems folder inside the Library folder on your Mac OS X disk.

then just reconnect (command+K) and you should be good to go.
