my new PB g4/1.67 15" is running Tiger 10.4.3 and i am having a problem with one of the usb ports. when i plug in a mouse, it doesn't light up nor is it recognized -- it doesn't work. while the other usb port works fine with the mouse. i've tried an apple mouse as well as a microsoft mouse (both optical) and same results -- both work in one port, not in the other. the port that is giving me trouble can recognize a 128mb flash drive. i am also able to hotsync my palm clie. i have tried zapping pram and resetting the PMU to no avail. should i consult tech support or are there other remedies i should try?
