I just got a Mac Mini. Since I already have a PS/2 keyboard and mouse and a KVM switch I purchased an Airlink USB to PS/2 adapter. The specifications say the adapter is compliant with OS 8.6 and higher. The problem though is that when both the keyboard and mouse are running through the adapter, the fourth or fifth key I hit starts repeating, the only way to stop it is to reboot.
I have a spare USB mouse so I pulled the PS/2 mouse from the equation and left only the PS/2 kb plugged in to the adapter, all works fine. I've used both the PS/2 mouse and Keyboard and KVM switch on other Macs.
Has anoyne else seen this specific issue? Any suggestions?
