Is this compatiable with a g4 400mhz. If its not what card is a good video card for a average gamer?

I doubt it'll work with a Mac... I'd stick with an ATI or an NVidia...

I want a new grapoc card so every 1 i check in circuitcity says windows only where can i find good cheap cards?

You can try looking around in there, but you just have to make sure that the video specifically says 'For Mac' otherwise it won't work.
