video edit - upgrade suggestions for G4 agp 350

Hi,
I have a G4 agp 350 with 256 ram, iam looking to edit video with it
as i have limited budget, iam looking for sugesstions as to what things need to be upgraded (in order least important to most) and bare minimum to ultimate of each upgrade

also with the pioneer dvd whats the benifit it in the 108 over the 107 ?

A new video card and as much RAM as you can afford are the first things to consider. You could also replace the CPU for a reasonable cost.

A good place to start shopping for most currently available upgrades for that Sawtooth, all under one roof, is OWC

The DVR-108 supports 16x write speeds on both DVD-R/+R along with the option to write at 4x speed on Double Layer media.

in terms of doing things FASTER in editing - compressing, writing etc is the processor the best item to upgrade ? and does having more ram help ?
