Virtual image on XP to run OSX?

Is it possible? I have a mac with osx 10.5, I want to run it as an image on an XP machine I use for web development. I find many ways of running xp or whatever on the mac but I want to run osx on my xp machine.

Am I mad or is this possible please?

You may access MacOS X [hosted on a Mac] from XP using any of various VPN solutions. However, it is a violation of your MacOS X EULA to run Apple's OS on non-Apple hardware.

This being the case, it is against the rules of this forum to discuss running MacOS X on non-Apple hardware. You may, however, inquire about VPN or you may search this forum for all the information that you need. Recommended.
