The best, IMHO, is Sophos (www.sophos.com). But it is also very expensive.
Norton AntiVirus 8 is still pretty buggy, and causes more problems than it prevents for many users.
Virex 7 is not available to home users yet, and currently does not provide autoscanning.
Just be thankful that there aren't many OS X viri (yet).
