VMWare Fusion Hangs

I am running VM fusion on a new Mac Book Pro, with Windows Vista Business.
It hangs and crashes 3/4 the way through the launch. At that point, it is unresponsive. Force quitting doesnt work, so I have to push the power off button to restart the computer. When I click VM Fusion again, the virtual desktop reappeared frozen, crashed and unresponsive in a suspended state. I just purchased and downloaded the latest release of Fusion last night, but same problem happens again.
If anyone knows how to correct this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Main problem of the Vista vs older Windows is, that it uses alot of memory. For a standalone pc I'd recommend 2 GB of memory. So, try to add more memory to the virtual machine and see what happens.

Hello,
I agree and installed 2 gigs. I ran Fusion for three months and encountered one prevous problem, but this is a new one.
