well this weekened, due to lack of internet, I thought I would pop the hood of my mac (figurativelly) and play with OS X, continue my customization process and what nots.

I tried running VPC (for teh first time) and it needed an admin name and password (i.e. my name and password) for its first run installation.

I inputed both my username and pass and the stupid thing keeps telling me that it's wrong!!! This combo works on my system keychain and all OS functions...what gives>?!

This is a known bug. Try reinstalling as root.
There was an update very recently (within the past 2 weeks or so) that was supposed to fix this, IIRC.

I am root
I did install it as root lol
I will dl the update
hopefully it will work hehe
