VPC slow

Well I have VPC version 5.0.4 and win 2k. Its really really slow and I gave VPC as much ram as i could have. Any tweaks or anything i can do please help.

its generally really slow

one thing that might help is to not give it all of your ram, if you are constantly paging out that will slow performance
