VPN Client (also a whine about the Blackberry and my Mac)

So, being a new convert from Linux/Solaris (and yes I also have a couple WinXP boxes around the house as well) I am disappointed that there is no good way of syncing my Blackberry RIM 957 on the Mac....I know there was a Linux development kit for it awhile back, but it hasnt been updated in the longest time....

This is the one device I cant live without, and so I have to keep using a PC to update my calendar with to sync with my Blackberry....

Anyone know of a hidden group of develoeprs working on a sync program for the Blackberry devices?

(if you dont know what a Blackberry is (sometimes referred to as the Crackberry as they are very addictive...) go to http://www.rim.net )

Also, I have started (as there isnt one out there yet) a very good GUI interface to Ciscos VPN client for Mac OS X. Yes I know there is one already that allows you to switch between predefined profiles, but thats not good enough, I want to be able to edit the profile from within a GUI, lock out portions (so my klutzy execs cant mess things up by accident when they think its broken...) and a meter to show encrypted versus clear traffic that sits in the dock (red is clear traffic, green is encrypted (or VPN) traffic) - Anyone have more input for the first version ? This client will also include (with Cisco permission I am hoping) a repackaged version of the VPN client, so one installer does everyting, as well as asks to install certs locally either from a file or from a certificate server.

Any input would be greatly appreciated
