Warcraft w/ OS 10.3.8

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone has come across this problem and/or knows how to solve it? I have Warcraft Reign of Chaos and Frozen Throne, and every time I try to connect to Battlenet, it says the update has been installed and to click Restart to restart the game. When I click this, the game quits and I get the error "The application BNUpdate has unexpectantly quit..."

I've tried restarting, completely uninstalling/reinstalling with no luck. I have an eMac 1GHz PowerPC G4 running OS 10.3.8 w/ 384 MB RAM and more than enough HD space. Any ideas?

yeah, I've already tried that, and I get the message "BNUpdate was unable to find any installed software that requires patching"

Any other ideas? I've e-mailed tech support about it and haven't gotten a reponse yet.
 
e-mail will probably take 1 week to a month (just so you know)

have you deleted the preference and application support files?
(i don't have Warcraft. i am just going off of memory of D2 and SC)
