Watson developers still in business?

After evaluating Watson for awhile now and discovering it superior to Sherlock 3, I decided to go ahead and purchase it. However, their site has been unaccessible for at least two days now and directory information lists no phone number for them. Does anyone know if they're still in business or just experiencing temporary communication problems?

a new version of watson was just released as well. you know where to go obviously :)
