Web page with quicktime movie

Hi, I did a very simple iPhoto movie which spits out a quicktime movie. I then did a quick web page using GoLive. The problem is that the movie has to completely download before it plays. I've seen sites where they movie downloads part into a buffer and then plays and downloads at the same time. How is that done?

you will need a QuickTime Pro for it (i think)
from the QT help-
QuickTime Player, choose File > Export.
Choose "Movie to QuickTime Movie" from the Export pop-up menu.
Click Options and select video and sound compression options that are appropriate for web delivery.
Make sure the "Prepare for Internet Streaming" checkbox is selected and Fast Start appears in the pop-up menu.
