Web Sharing What do I need to connect MySQL

Hey y'all!

I want to access my MySQL Database through the internet from just about anywhere. What do I need?

This is what I have:

MySQL setup
PHP setup
DHCP Address that virtually never changes (well, maybe once every 10 Months)
I'm connecting from a university network here at CU colorado - will there be any difficulties connecting from outside the university network?

I can get to my webpages from anywhere inside the CU network - don't know if it works outside, too.

i would guess phpAdmin or something likee that... it's abrowser gui tool that lets you administer stuff through (a browser obviously) so that way i would guess you wou;d be able to do it from anywhere... now if i only knew where that phpmyadmin tool was...
