Weird clicking coming from Macbook Pro after charging...

The other day I noticed a strange clicking sound coming apparantly from the left speaker of my Macbook Pro. It sounded almost like a disc skipping when the computer is trying to read it, only VERY faint. It was fully charged at the time, but it was still plugged in. I unplugged the charger cable from the macbook and the sound stopped. Plugged it back in, the sound continued. It doesn't make the sound while it's charging, only after being fully charged for a while. Anyone know what the deal is?

Apple's Board has a lot of posts about the clicking noise.

I would take it to an Apple store or call Apple.

If you take it/or send it in, make sure you backup everything.
