Weird shaped iMac G4?

Hey I am watching a comedy on BBC 1, forgotten the name, and in the office all the office workers are using iMacs.

Very cool.
But the dome is weird. The image attached is my drawing of the iMac.

PS: Guess what.... NO MAC!!! It has gone for repairs.

I saw this too!

I think they were just trying to cover up the Mac identity because they also had put a round silver sticker over the Apple logo.

Yeah, I was thinking maybe it was for copyright issues.I read somewhere here that many dramas, etc, did that, to avoid having to pay for copyright...

It looked stupid, although I like seeing so many macs!

On a side note the comedy wasn't that bad... the moments with the blonde in the purple room having 'thoughts' was kind of bad.

It has nothing to do with copyright and everything to do with paying for product placement. The networks and programs consider using given products in a program advertising and charge for the privilege. If they are not payed they obscure the logo or whatever.

Saw this, too. Those domes look weird, this way. But it doesn't matter, since everyone who sees them kinda knows their Apple computers...
