What DVD-R int drive for my 733

I would like to get a DVD-R for my Mac but what will it support?

Could I get a Pioneer DVR-105? Or do I HAVE to stick with a DVR-104? Or DVR-103?
 
That would be my 733. My PowerPC 733. The first generation to have a Superdrive. However, I couldn't afford a Superdrive 'til now. So yeah, it is a Power PC 733Mhz 512RAM 60G HD.
 
I was hoping that would work. Alot faster burn speeds.

Is it as simple as that? So I could use one in my G4/867? I can't use iDVD with that tho can I? And can I make proper playable DVDs of home movies and suchlike? Isn't the Apple superdrive the Pioneer one and if so, how come Apple don't sell them as add-ons?
