What happened to Wolfmp.com??

Yeah, I notiiced...it happent about 2 days ago, and i've been trying to get hold of Alex on AIM ever since...he once talked about selling it, but you'd think he'd tell us there before actually doing something like that...
 
He probably ran out of money. These bulletin boards take up a lot of bandwidth and hosting them can cost lots of cash .. that's why many of them don't last very long.
 
The reason it closed is because, the only users who were actually ever involved were you three..

Running a site for such a few ammount of people is just a waste of time.

Not to mention pressure to create a true site, one with news, walks, screenshots, I'm sorry, I asked for help from all, I even asked a few of you to take it over...

Not to be a butt head, but you all should of seen this coming.
 
But don't destroy the site completely! Keep the files! I think you will need them sometime. :)
 
Yeah, we are the ones to blame, I'd just like a word of warning or an explanation before shutting down...I was really expecting the worst

I can't get into each and every detail of why the site is down.

And why exactly am I going to need the site files again?
 
Free servers are usually both slow and buggy, and the board was vBulletin, and as I understand it, that costs money wherever it is...
 
Ahh man...I loved a place where u can go and talk about RtCW. I got some good advice on how to play game and meet cool ppl. I'm sorry to here it's closed.:(

I fI had a nickle for ever problem I had with iB, I may not be rich enough to buy a new Mac, but at least I'd have enough money to some games...

Access to domain account. You change what you want, owner, address, dns.. what ever you want, it will be yours.

NO HOSTING (Contact Admin if you want hosting, or find another hosting company)
NO BB SOFTWARE (You get the domain, not the site. I will send you possibly the backgrounds and images if you wanted to re create the look)
