Ok. I did enable root login.
In the terminal app I log in as root, and I get this message:
Welcome to Darwin!
tcsh: Cannot open /etc/termcap.
tcsh: using dumb terminal settings.
What's termcap?
I looked in /etc/ and saw nothing about termcap. My searches aren't proving very helpful.. It looks like Something calls for termcap, else it wouldn't be telling me it can't open it right? I'm assuming that I must not really Need termcap if I don't have it.
but what, does termcap mean "terminal capture" like, watch the commands? Ok anyway, how do I get termcap if I need it?
Thanks.
