This warning came up while doing a disk utility check in os 9.2:

Is there a problem with the disk?
The check was done using disk first aid.
Do a desktop rebuild. At start up hold down the option and the Apple keys. Continue to hold them down until you get a dialog box asking if you wish to do a desktop rebuild. This will come up after the extensions load. Release the keys and click on the okay button.
Then use Disk First Aide (booting with the CD) to scan the drive again. If it still comes up, you will need to follow the advice of the KB article and back up all your stuff and reformat the drive.
