I'm for Mac OS 10.5 and then Mac OS 11.0. Let's drop the X. It was a *very* bad idea to call 10 'Mac OS X 10.0'. It should have really been Mac OS X 1.0, although I can see that this would have been a problem with the Server version. Whatever: The 'X' must go, as it was clearly the character X at the beginning. Later on Steve said the 'X' stands for '10', which doesn't make any sense at all in 'Mac OS X 10'.
Or, to be nostalgic, and because OS X is the one and only operating system, anyway, let's have a 'System 11' (like 'System 7' was called).
