Which Ram brand for 17" Powerbook?

Can anyone share their experience of upgrading their Powerbook 17" ram please. I've had have three quotes for a 512mb chip, £150 for DDR £200 for something like samsung and £240 from the Apple Store site.

Any ideas anyone? I know It's probably better to go for the Apple one as I'll have comeback there but the DDR for £150 is a bargain hey?
