Why is Executor running on my Mac Pro?

After rebooting my Mac Pro it seemed to be a bit slow. I checked the process list and Executor (http://www.ardi.com/executor.php) was running and using about a GB of Virtual Memory. Does anyone have any idea why this is running and how to prevent it from starting? I'm using a Mac Pro that is 3 months old so I'm not sure how this "emulator" started in the first place?

I just searched Google and thought there would only be one process that had that name so I assumed it was the first result that I found. :)
