I have the "new" 15 inch MBP.
On my home network only, wifi connects, then immediately disconnects. Watching Growl notifications, I see it acquires a seemingly valid IP - not a private one - then 2 seconds later another Growl notification indicating a disconnect (it shows a MAC address of 00:00:00:00:00:00).
Then, the 'choose from your preferred networks' dialog pops up. I can choose my network (by double-clicking), it connects and works fine from then on.
The network security is WPA2-Personal.
I have tried removing and re-adding the networks from the Network->Advanced->Preferred Networks panel. Also tried switching the 'Location' setting from Automatic to Home (which I created) and back to Automatic (although I don't actually know what that did). I also reset the router to factory settings and rebuilt all the settings (using a different SSID). Other machines connect without issue.
