Wiki Error after Time Machine Restore

Hi,

after I restored a Mac OS Server 10.6.2 completely from a Time Machine backup the Wiki displays the Welcome screen correctly but after clicking in Wiki or any other webservice I get the follwing error message:

Error 503

<example.com>

Apache/2.2.13 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.13 OpenSSL/0.9.8k DAV/2 PHP/5.3.0

any idea how to get the service back online?
